Join us to continue the conversation from the conference as we discuss how we might need to adapt our coaching approach when working with neurodivergent clients to meet their individualized needs. We will continue to explore neuroaffirming coaching—an approach that recognizes different ways of thinking, learning, and regulating, and the unique strategies those differences call for. During these discussion sessions we share real-world challenges, practical tools, and build a supportive community of coaches learning together.

Mark Helsing is an ACC-level ADHD/AuDHD coach with a background in behavioral science. He specializes in neuroaffirming coaching approaches for neurodivergent teens and young adults, with a focus on executive function, motivation, and self-regulation.
