About the Speakers

Anne-Caroline Floch-Ngy is a PCC-ICF credentialed Holistic Wellness Coach on a mission to help women reconnect with their mind-body-soul wisdom so they can show up as fiercely heart-centered leaders in the world. She coaches with a Whole-Person, Trauma-Informed, Somatic approach and offers video-coaching sessions as well as in-person walking coaching sessions in the Bay.

Richa Chadha is a leadership coach, global mentor coach, and organizational consultant, specializing in empowering leaders to navigate challenges with clarity and confidence. With an MBA and MS in Organizational Dynamics from UPenn, she works with startup CEOs and servant leaders to leverage their strengths and lead with purpose.

An ICF PCC and ACTC certified coach, Richa has helped over 200 business leaders and 100 coaches worldwide elevate their leadership and overcome limiting beliefs. As an executive board member of the ICF Bay Area chapter, she contributes to advancing the coaching community. Richa helps individuals and organizations pivot with purpose and leverage their leadership potential to drive impact and growth.
