Approved for 2.5 Core Competencies
Coaching, like improv, asks us to stay present, listen deeply, and respond in the moment. In this experiential workshop, you’ll explore how improv can help you expand your range as a coach.
Through playful, low-pressure activities, you’ll build skills that support ICF Core Competencies such as Active Listening, Evokes Awareness, and Cultivates Trust and Safety. You’ll also learn simple improv-inspired exercises you can bring into coaching sessions to help clients shift perspective and generate new ideas.
Expect a mix of reflection, connection, and laughter—plus the chance to grow your coaching network while trying something refreshingly different.
No improv experience required—just curiosity and a willingness to play.
