May Xu, ACC, has spent the past 20+ years as an AI technologist, Data Driven Business Operator, AI product owner in companies’ venture arm, and StartUp COO. During her tenure to empower Human Resource's future with AI, she witnessed machines’ exponential growth and massive untapped hidden human potential. She founded ThetaIX to catalyze human transformation in this new age of AI. She is currently supporting startup founders/entrepreneurs/executives/change makers to connect to their deepest intention and power, to develop awareness to invoke their creativity to create a new reality, and to build enduring trust and to maintain sustained excellence. May is also committed to supporting AI for Good Innovation and is an active member of Silicon Valley’s venture ecosystem.
