A space to pause, reflect and grow Are you a coach seeking a moment to step back, reflect on your practice and grow in community? Join one of our monthly open group coaching supervision sessions: an opportunity to experience the power of coaching supervision in a supportive, non-judgmental setting, without long-term commitment.
What is supervision? Supervision is a reflective partnership where coaches bring their work to a supervisor or a group to explore: challenges and stuck points, ethical dilemmas and role boundaries, emotional responses and personal triggers among others. The supervisor’s role is not to evaluate or judge but to hold a safe, reflective space that fosters learning, self-awareness, and connection within the group.
Why join? ICF research has identified key benefits of engaging in coaching supervision, including increased self-awareness, greater confidence, and a heightened sense of belonging. How it works Different supervisors will facilitate each monthly session.
We begin altogether on Zoom to connect and center and then we move to small supervision groups for a deep, reflective work. All participants agree to be fully present, stay engaged for the full 90mn session, contribute actively to the supervision process and support each other.
After registering you will receive the Zoom link by email. Each session is independent and requires separate registration. You may register for one or several sessions.
