About the Speaker

Frankie Berkoben, PCC (she/her) is an executive coach and PhD dropout with a background in engineering consulting. She primarily coaches gifted ADHD leaders in tech, and is trained through the elite Hudson Institute of Coaching in addition to ADDCA. 

Her clients include directors, VPs, and senior ICs at Google, Microsoft, Meta, Airbnb and the Biden White House, and she was one of SXSW's featured mentors in 2025.

Frankie’s approach blends design thinking, executive functioning and somatic tools to help brilliant clients reach the high potential that taunts or haunts them. Interestingly, an increasing number of her clients do not identify as ADHD. Many of these leaders are in high visibility positions or stressful transitions that simultaneously limit what they can work with and up the ante on performance expectations: leading through layoffs, political turmoil, organizational upheaval or even promotions. 

As a speaker, Frankie's keynotes, workshops and seminars have featured at industry conferences (Women in Product) as well as Fortune500 tech and Big Three consulting firms via ERGs and wellness events. She has presented annually at the International Conference on ADHD since 2021, and provides in-house group ADHD coaching (most recently with Airbnb). 

Based in San Francisco, she lives with a train-obsessed toddler and two robots (a Roomba and a software engineer).
