Many coaches are experimenting with AI in ways that can open possibilities, introduce risks, and raise questions about staying aligned with ICF standards.
If you want to use AI in your coaching or need clear guidance on what is safe and ICF aligned, this session is for you. Join executive coach Victoria Reichenberg and physician technologist Justin Graham for a practical conversation grounded in research.
Over the past year they worked with ICF leadership on emerging AI guidance. They addressed privacy issues and tested these principles while building Coachismo, a reflective practice tool for coaches. The work showed them what helps, what harms, and how to experiment with confidence.
We Will Explore:
- How do we bring AI into our work in ways that elevate, not erode, the humanity of coaching
- Clear guidance on privacy, ethics, and what belongs or does not belong in AI per ICF
- A practical resource pack for participants to ensure their AI usage protects client privacy
Speakers:
Victoria Reichenberg, MS PCC and Justin Graham, MD MS
