Team Trust: Can You Build it Through Coaching?

Team Trust: Can You Build it Through Coaching?
Wednesday April 2, 2025
12:00-1:30pm PST
Eligible for 1 Core Competency and .5 Resource Development CCEUs
Here’s a point of view: Trust isn’t built. Trust is a choice individuals and teams make. Join us for a thought-provoking discussion on coaching teams with low trust. Often, focusing on trust building with teams produces short-term benefits that fall-away when coaches ignore the underlying conditions that create trusting teams.
Expect to gain insights on:
- A psychological definition of trust, and it’s underlying components.
- Understanding meaningful distinctions between interpersonal trust and trust on a team.
- Stages of trust on teams, and behaviors that can be coached at each stage.
- Considerations for major ruptures and virtual teams.
The format of this session will be a balance of expert information alongside meaningful discussions and engagement.
