Connecting and Earning RDs (and a CC) at The Coaches Summit

The Coaches Summit is designed for connection as much as learning.

We're creating Community Circles to promote discussions around a shared area of interest during natural touchpoints throughout the day. They’re a time to connect your learnings to your practice, share insights, and build peer relationships.

Community Circles occur throughout the day. Join familiar faces between sessions, grab lunch, and reflect.

• 9:00–9:30 AM | Conference Check-in and Community Circle Kickoff (0.5 RD)

• 10:45–11:00 AM | Circle Check-in (0.25 RD)

• 11:00 AM–12:00 PM | Competency Treasure Hunt (1.0 CC)

• 1:00–1:15 PM | Circle Check-in (0.25 RD)

• 2:15–2:30 PM | Circle Check-in (0.25 RD)

• 3:30–4:00 PM | Circle Check-in and Closing Reception (0.5 RD)

That's 1.75 RD from Circle check-ins alone, plus 1.0 CC from the Treasure Hunt, which engages all eight ICF Core Competency domains through structured peer conversation and reflection.
