One of the greatest gifts coaching offers is the opportunity to continually expand our view of the world. That mindset feels especially important today.
The pace of change continues to accelerate. Artificial intelligence is reshaping how we work and communicate. Organizations are becoming increasingly multigenerational. Clients are navigating shifting expectations around identity, accessibility, inclusion, and leadership while trying to remain grounded in who they are. These realities ask something different of us as coaches. They invite us to broaden our lens alongside our coaching competencies.
That is why I am especially excited about the learning opportunities being offered through the ICF Global DEIB community this month.

As coaches, we often encourage our clients to challenge long-held assumptions and embrace new perspectives. This month, perhaps that invitation is ours.
Our greatest value has never come from seeing the world exactly as our clients do. It comes from being willing to see more of the world than we did yesterday.
