We asked what Bridget Ornelas, Director of Membership, noticed about the volunteers who move things forward. In her opinion, they are the ones that make the work better for everyone else. They ask the questions the rest of us haven't thought to ask yet. They notice when the room is drifting and quietly pull it back. They make you wonder how you got anything done before they arrived.
Gina Kasowski is that person.
Gina joined the Membership Committee in 2025 with a background in consultative commercial leadership across healthcare, life sciences, and big tech. She sees around corners. She's worked in high stakes environments where the cost of a misalignment is immense and it shows.
In 2026, she moved to the Membership Committee, where she helped build out the member journey and pathway all the way from concept to implementation.
Gina has brought incredible strengths to her volunteer roles:
- Her ability to ask the right questions early, creating stronger foundations, cleaner processes, and better outcomes for the team.
- Her ability to identify when discussions are losing focus and skillfully guide the team back toward alignment and action, a leadership skill that keeps work moving forward productively
- Her contagious enthusiasm, grounded dependability, and a collaborative spirit that elevates every meeting, every project, and every person she works with. She’s an invaluable part of the Membership team,
Gina is an invaluable volunteer, and we are all incredibly grateful to have her as a valued thought partner.
