Join Our Marketing Committee – Volunteers Wanted!

Are you passionate about storytelling, creativity, and connecting with others? We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our Marketing Committee and help amplify our voice and impact in the following areas:
- Graphic Design - Support the overall visual look and feel of the conference by helping create cohesive branded materials used across marketing channels and conference-related materials.
- Email marketing - Support the creation of written content for email communications that share conference updates and encourage registration.
- Social media - Support conference promotion through social media (LinkedIn) content creation and posting as well as ongoing social media presence after the conference to help continue engagement with the community.
You will have experience and/or an interest in:
- Writing, storytelling, or marketing
- Creating visual assets aligned with the conference theme
- Designing materials such as presentation templates, digital graphics, or promotional visuals
- Creating social media graphics, templates, and video creation using brand guidelines
- Writing captions for posts
- Scheduling or posting content
This is a great opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team and make a meaningful difference in our community. Time commitments are flexible, and range between 5 and 10 hours per month.
