Understanding our 2026 CCE program offerings

Posted on Feb. 28, 2026  /  Chapter News  /  0

The Programs Committee is excited to offer a number of CCE programs this year! Some programs will be led by our own speakers while others are co-hosted and led by different chapters.

Often chapters require members to pay a membership fee in order to attend any of their programs. The SF BAC Board has made the decision to offer all non-CCE programs in 2026 to our members for free. CCE programs will still be offered at a lower rate for members than for non-members.

Q: What's so special about a CCE program that they incur a charge?

A: CCE programs have a focus on specific competencies and have been approved by the ICF for CCE credits that count towards credentialing. We are offering at least eight programs for our SF BAC members for CCE credits this year.

Q: How do I get my CCE credit?

A: CCE programs require a 2-step registration. First register for the program. The second part of registration adds you to the list of people who are eligible for the CCE credits and provides the Zoom link. After the session you will receive access to the recording. Once we’ve received the final attendance reports, your CCE credits will be issued.

Q: What programming is being offered this year, and who can attend?

A: This year, we will be offering programming that walks through all eight competencies, one month at a time. We're starting on March 12th, with the first competency, ethics.. This is the first time SF BAC will be offering our programming to other chapters. When you attend, you may notice members from other chapters across the United States. Hint: Connecting with other chapter members is a great way to grow your community!

Other chapters also offer CCE programming too. We try to pick programs that our members will benefit from. Filling in the feedback form after an event helps inform future programs.
