This year, the ICF San Francisco Bay Area Chapter created a brand-new role: Director of Social Impact. In this video, our President, Alex Wallash, speaks with Monica Murarka about her board journey and what she has in store as the Director of Social Impact.
Monica has spent the past two years on the board doing pro bono work. As she was getting more involved, she knew exactly where she wanted to focus. "I either want to plan parties or do social impact," she said. She got to do both. This year, she is going to go even further with her ambitions as the Director of Social Impact. .
