Deb shares that she’s inspired by connecting with our diverse Bay Area coaching community and by giving back through high‑quality programs and events.

Their conversation centers on intentions versus resolutions: resolutions are often outcome-focused and rigid, while intentions are more flexible and compassionate, focused on how we show up and the small shifts we make over time. They connect this to “self as instrument,” reminding us that caring for ourselves as coaches is essential if we want to serve our clients well. The board is planning 2025 programming with this in mind, and we invite you to join us at upcoming events—both virtual and in person—and consider getting more involved in the chapter.
