The San Francisco Bay Area Coaches (SFBAC) is joining ICF chapters nationwide for the Pro Bono International Coaching Week Coast to Coast Challenge, running now through May 17th.

The ask is simple: commit just 3 hours of pro bono coaching - virtual or in person, it’s entirely up to you. Plus you'll get a LinkedIn badge to show your participation in this nationwide movement. Find out more here
International Coaching Week (ICW) has been educating the public about coaching's value since 1999. Across all participating chapters in 2025, 193 coaches provided 762 pro bono coaching hours to 742 clients. The Bay Area team alone contributed 180 of those hours, giving them serious bragging rights for 2025.
